Dear Ken.
Trust this Email finds you well.
In the name of the programme managers, I wanted to thank you for a great tour - actually the best tour on Saturday in and around Soweto.
Both Bongani and Ngugi were extremely knowledgeable and conversant about the history of not only Soweto but the South African experience, and their openness and easy mindset made it easy for everyone to absorbe the learning and immerse into Soweto.
I have a few group pics that I will be sending you at some other point in time.
A great thank you to everyone involved in this Soweto Tour.
Kind regards,

Dear Denis,
Thank you so much for helping us again this year.
All of our programmes have proved to be a meaningful and life changing experiences for those who participated. The time we spent in Soweto was certainly one of the highlights of the trip for all those involved. They felt privileged and uplifted to be able to make the children and the other people they met smile, even if for some it was only for a day.
On behalf of everyone at AISH, we thank you all for the work that you have put in to help make our programs such a success – we hope that we will work together for many more years continuing to have such a great affect on the lives of so many needy South Africans.
I wish you all a very happy and a healthy year.

Dear Katlego,
I just had to write and tell you what a wonderful time we had with Bongani on our tour of Soweto on Tuesday. He really went out of his way to explain everything to Christian about life in Soweto . they were both born in Bara hospital so there was the first bond as well as them both being Zulu. Christian has to do a project on his trip to SA when he goes back to school so Bongani gave him a lot of information.. I shall certainly be advertising your trips . I have been in SA SINCE 1968 and this is the first time I had had a guided tour although I had been in Soweto many times to churches.
Thank you for all your help in making this such a memorable tour for my USA visitors.

Hi there,
We have returned from our rather rushed weekend in Johannesburg. The highlight of the weekend was definitely the tour of Soweto on Sunday morning, with Bongani. He was professional, knowledgeable, and funny. He didn't rush us but rather let us take time to absorb things around us. He made us feel very safe and comfortable in an environment that we would have otherwise never visited. I hope your team keeps up the fantastic work sharing not only the troubles people have in Soweto in the past but also highlighting the wonderful spirit that has driven the people to achieve the great victories of the past, and are now looking forward to improving the future.
Thank you Bongani for a truly uplifting tour.

Hi Katlego
Just a note to say thank you for an outstanding tour today. Bongani was a professional and fantastic guide, he was great with all the ages that came with us today . It was also fantastic to meet Percy who looked after us in the market and welcomed us into his home what a wonderful man. Colin is an inspiration and we applaud the work that they all do at the youth centre.
We all loved the trip and would recommend it to anybody .

After playing video, I had live broadcast and had some time to speak. I spoke about the nursery school that was built by support of KDR, and to visit there is a great opportunity to see a scene of Soweto.
I also had a great experience of Soweto and it made a good change of my understanding as well as attitude towards the country.

The Soweto tour was fantastic, Bongani is a top bloke and the whole day was very enjoyable; it was a real eye-opener even for someone who has spent a lot of time travelling all over SA. It was every bit as rewarding a place to visit as I hoped it would be and I even finished by (almost) beating one of the Shebeen locals at Pool :o)
After 20 years of visiting SA, I love finding out more about its history, and the tour certainly filled in a few blanks, such as the Hector Pieterson story, Mandela's home, what life in squatter camps is like, what life in Soweto generally is like, etc....
I can't imagine a better intro to Soweto and understanding of the past and present...
Continued success and I'm sure you'll see me again on one of your trips .

Good Morning Denis -
I would love to share with you our experience with KDR travel and our tour
of Soweto. The tour inspired my husband and I to help the edutainer program
in South Africa.
My husband and I are in our late 40's and love to travel. I am a school
teacher and my husband is a farmer and works in Real Estate.
We always plan our trips and try to use local services that benefit local
cultures and people as much as possible. That is the philosophy behind
sustainable tourism.
This was our first trip to South Africa and we love the country. We stayed
overnight in Johannesburg on our way to Kruger National Park.
One of the places we wanted to visit was Soweto. I read in Frommers travel
guide that the best tour company for Soweto was KDR sports and travel. I
booked the tour online before leaving the United States. We requested
Bongani Nvoldu after reading he was recommended in the Frommers guide. We
enjoyed showing him the article from our book!
The reason we booked with KDR is because we felt it would give us the best
feel for the culture of the area. Bonagani was a wonderful tour guide and we
are very impressed with his compassion for the people of Soweto. He treated
everyone with respect and they obviously admired him. He has a real concern
for their welfare. Part of the tour included going in to the hostels to
visit with the people. They all knew Bongani and the kids were excited to
see him. In the first hostel we visited the creche that is located in an
edutainer in the middle of the hostel. Pictured below is my husband as this
creche.

We had such a terrific evening with Bongani and Aaron! The group really enjoyed Bongani and all the info he shared with as, as well as all the trouble he went through to make us all feel very special! Please forward me an invoice for +++++- we would like you then to give ++++ to Bongani and ++++ to Aaron.
Thank you so much also for your assistance- the professional way in which the whole event was handled is much appreciated!
Will definitely make use of your organization again!

Hi Zizi,
The guys absolutely loved the tour and found it quite an eye opener. Our Managing Director, Mr. Vinny la Bella said that he would recommend the tour not only for international guests but for everyone.
From my side I must commend you and your company for the excellent service we received. I will definitely keep your contact details for future use.
Thanks again for everything.
Kind regards
Ronnette

Dear Zizi
Just to let you know that we had a great time on our Soweto tour yesterday. We all found it most informative and the tour guide Gugi was superb.
Thank you for arranging.
Kind regards

Subject: Soweto tour on Sunday 26th October
Dear Bongani,
I just wanted to thank you so much for giving my 8 guests such a wonderful tour of Soweto on the 26th October. They could not stop talking about it and they were so impressed by your knowledge and by all the information you were able to give them. They really did enjoy it and felt they gained so much from their tour.
Thank you again and carry on with the good work.
With best wishes from Jenny Scheelke
